AC fan high speed HELP

I have searched, found every problem but mine.

87 GN no high speed on climate control fan. I have replaced the resistor under the hood that everyone told me was the usual fix. That did not fix the problem so I replaced the switch itself in the dash. Still no fix. Every thread I have found, one of these corrected the problem. Is it possible I have a bad brand new resistor? It is an off-brand from Oreilly's.

What now?

Has this been fixed? If so was it the high speed relay? I am having the same problem.
