Ac pressure switch for 134 conversion?

Hi everyone, I'm in the middle of ac conversion and all the parts have been replaced, the system vacuums down hold 30 psi good overnight. It was leaking out of brand new r134 high pressure switch where it screws on dyer. Tried new o rings not working could i use pipe dope? Do i need the 134 switch or could i use the og r12?

You need the 134 switch for it to work right. They are cheap on Amazon.

They will say "134" on the face that plugs into the dryer.
