Accessory Bracket Question

Are the accessory brackets for a normally aspirated 3.8 the same as the hot air setup? (Alternator, AC, etc.)I have a hotair and a N/A setup. I think they are the same, but I can't compare them side by side because the hotair setup is torn apart.

I am not sure on your question....However I have a Hot-Air Bracket if you need one!

Thanks, but I shouldn't need one. I'm just trying to figure out if I can use the N/A brackets because they are so much cleaner than the hotair ones I have.

The NA alt/ac bracket is different than the turbo'd motor bracket...

the n/a bracket bolts up the same
but your 85 alternator will not work.

the 85 alternator is alot smaller, then the one used for n/a brackets...
The NA uses a larger diameter alternator

The big difference is a NA uses a smog pump and a hot air doesn't. Totally different parts.
