Accufab FPR - Not Impressed

OK, so my new Accufab FPR apparently decided to just break off at the vaccum fitting. Not sure if and when it got bumped but even still, it's a metal fitting and should it have really broken like this? Not impressed.....

By the way, anyone know the fitting size and where I can get a new one????

It's a 1/8 hose barb with 10-32 threads on the end. I would contact Accufab and get another.
