When installing the Accufab afpr, is it ok to use regular rubber hose for the vacuum porting, or should a hard plastic line such as the factory stock one be used. Will a piece of regular rubber line collapse under vacuum? And what would be the results be?

No you can use the rubber and do away with the factory hard plastic bend . I would use a zip tie though .

I used part plastic, short straight piece and two rubber ends. Just make sure you zip tie your all your hoses.

I used a rubber 90 elbow and a piece of 3/16" brake tubing bent to fit, gets rid of the "kink" bend... This is a construction pic and not finished in this view!
