adjustable wastegate

i got a stock style adj. wastegate and i cant figure out how to adjust it. there is a spot for a wrench on the left piece. but nothing to grip on to on the male threaded piece. vise grips would work but it would ruin it. am i being stupid and missing something or is this a generic wastegate.

You have to disconnect it from the wasteflapper arm, first.

Loosen the jam nuts, if so equipped.

Then just rotate the eyelet end. Screw it in for more boost, screw it out for less boost. 1 psi of boost for every 360 degrees of rotation.

Then use the vise grips to help reattach it. High boost = big pull.
