Adjusting fuel pressure ?

Running chip with 42lb injectors. Adjusted fuel pressure to 42 with vacuum line off. Took car out for an hour drive. Came home pulled vacuum line off and fuel pressure read 37. I'm assuming I should adjust it back up to 42 ?

Most of the time the pressure will drop some after you get everything warmed up so I always go back and adjust the FP back to 43 with the line off and then you should be set and ready to go
