I recently went from a ta49 to a te 60. Mods are exhaust, downpipe, 60 lb inj, 30 over motor with ported iron heads, walbro 340 pump. Scanmaster readings are 780-800 with the 60 at 48-50 static fuel pressure at only 15-17lbsof boost. I dont understand why the fuel has to be cranked up so far with the te60. The single fuel pump should be enough, right?thanks

Why "IS" the pressure set up so high? Did you have someone else do the install? You obviously have the correct chip for your injectors and combo right? I always start at 43# vac off. With the invenion of the Translators and adjustable chips , touching the fuel pressure should be a thing of the past.

no, I did the install and injectors with turbo tweak chip, scanmaster just seems to have low (680-750) readings with the fuel in the (43-45 static) range. Maybe its fine, car runs great, I just want to be able to turn the boost and fuel up at the track. I've always heard that a single walbro with take you low 11's or high tens?

Don't tune with O2, your knock sensor will be a better indicator of if you are too lean or not. If you aren't getting knock at 43# add more boost until you get knock, then you can add more fuel
