It's been suggested that I get one of these to go along with the new GT3255 turbo.
I'm not even sure what it is.
Info? Opinions?
Thanks

I would say a knock detector/gauge and a nice scan tool would be a much better investment if you don't have one already. All my A/F meter tells me is that my O2 sensor is active or dying because when the lights start slowing down jumping back and forth its time for a new O2...other than that mine was usless....but my scan tool will tell me that also.

I heard that someone converted the stock boost gauge to read out the O2. Sounds like a neat idea....

Try searching for WB, or Wide Band. There's a ton of info here about them. www.BNEcustoms.com carries them.

Basically you have two types of O2 sensor, the stock NB, or narrow band, which just tells you rich or lean, and a WB that tells you how far rich, or how far lean you are.

Good point above, let me clarify, if using with a Wide Band O2, then yes, it is a good investment, if using the stock O2, then no, not a good investment.
