what front end suspention part or parts, requires an computerized front end alignment when changed??

Just about everything. No seriously if it has a joint than that means it moves and can be measured so that pretty much applies to everything but the sway bar.

Eric's right. Sometimes even packing the bearings will change things if they're loose.
