Alcohol is used to suppress detonation.

The issue of the dual nozzle is that IF your at the systems limits on a single nozzle, then you add the additional nozzle. There are cars that have gone faster on a single, and there are cars with twins needed at slower ET's. You need to get some seat time with the combination and start to sort it out. If your running my system and are having to place the knob on "8" and seeing a little knock.. then you add the second nozzle.

If you have experience tuning in alcohol injection, then a twin is not a big deal to dial in. If this is the first time, stick to a single nozzle. And work your way into the twin IF needed.

Hope this helps.
