If the MAP receives 5V and output is 0.09V, it sounds like a MAP sensor issue, barring wires and ground are correct.

Update....it was a short in the stock boost gauge....basic install has it retained...i don't need it so unhooked that wire and back in business

This failure has expired several engines. 5v should come from a reliable source like the TPS and ground should be secured to the engine
