All GN's, or only selected High Emitters?

Thanks jiho2, you & now I (& others monitoring) are in the know. Well, at least now I know I'm not being singled out, AND I can inform a friend who insisted my GN was targeted. A hot rod friend moved to San Antonio 2 yrs ago & he said all they were interested was the safety of the auto, checked tires, brakes, tail-lamps, etc., & registration was a fraction of cost here in Ca., oh, and gas about $1 cheaper. This smog stuff can go on forever, I appreciate all and saying goodnight. Goodnight y'all.
