Is the Alto wide band from our 200 4R ,the same as a 700 R4? Or are the bands differnt dimensions?

They are not the same.....best I can tell.

the drums are over an inch different in diameter . they are not the same

Alto

does have a extra wide band for the 700/4l60-e.:biggrin: to answer your question, no the bands are not the same.
