Alum horn ring....

AIRC, someone is/was making an alum horn ring to replace the plastic pieces..
I've done considerable searching without success.
NE1 know who may sell such??
I have 2 wheels, both w/ cracked rings...Need to make them at least presentable.

While on the subject of wheels.. NE1 know the company that recovers them? NE1 done their own?
