Aluminum coolant overflow tank

Any interest in one of these?? Would replace the stock tank on the passenger fenderwell. Perfect for alky kits!

Oh sheet! Well, how about a cool coolant tank then??? Will have to see about doing them in stainless. Didn't realize that alky would corrode aluminum. Learn something every day.:frown:

There is one other thing to think about. How are you going to install a sending unit for low Alky?

That tank will not work on a tr inner fender Unless they made one for a gn/tr

i looked into those from Canton Racing "many moons" ago but like mentioned beforehand my methanol addiction doesnt allow the use of aluminum Canton does make great product though....kinda pricey but good nonetheless.

would be cool to have a window so you can see coolant level. otherwise nobody would know. window would be fairly easy to make

Already HAS a sight glass on it. Doubt if people are going to want it just for coolant though. Was hoping it would work with alky but didn't realize it would corrode aluminum. Will see about stainless for these.

Why wouldn't this fit on a Turbo Regal? Thought only the driver side inner fenderwell was different?

sight glass would have to use meth approved seals though. if not used for coolant.

The mounting tabs do not line up. It may not work on a n/a regal also. I will pull it back out and try it again.
