The ID on them is 242.75mm / 243.0mm and 243.5mm is max.

If you still have a set of aluminum drums left, can you please let me know?

243.5 is the most they can be turned safely, if you had a brand new set the ID would be around 240-241.0mm, but GM does not make them anymore.
