I used the program and I hooked up my turbo link to my car and at full throttle he's only showing 3.33 TPS reading which is low also the alternator is only showing 12.7 voltage. I am thinking that it may need to replace the alternator and TPS sensor. With the reading from TPS he's running lean..... When we turn the headlights off while the car is running, the voltage goes up to 13 but when we turn the headlights on it goes down to 12.7 or lower. that maybe a sign of a bad alternator or it is not charging since it maybe the original. What do you think about that and about the turbo link program given me the read out.

Gerald,

Sounds like your alternator has a bad diode in the voltage regulator. Fix that first then more than likely you can adjust yout TPS to the correct WOT voltage. Also, the lean WOT condition can be caused by low voltage to the fuel pump reducing it's output causing low fuel pressure under heavy load.

13.5 to 14.5 volts depending on the electrical load. Less than 13 volts indicates a charging problem.

A very weak battery, bad ground or high resistance in your cables could cause low charge or low voltage reading.

Also you could check @ the battery terminal post for a/c voltage. anything more than .5 vac and you may have some bad diodes.
