Those look like singles with dampners. Not that it matters, at the least they where shimmed so the shop set them up.

I dont think its springs. I think its air fuel issues=tuning issues.

Could even be an exhuast back pressure issue as well, even a stupid clogged air filter can cuase unimaginable frustration.

So uncork it front and back.. meaning air filter and cutout, crank the boost up a few lbs, and start dialing in the fuel.
