Well, I wanted to thank Mark on here for what was probably a pain in the butt for him, but he followed through with great customer support.
I'd had a problem with a part not arriving as ordered and he bent over backwards to get it corrected and sent out to me, he was very quick and honest in his e-mails, and made sure the problem got resolved.
Oh, and the product was just as great as advertised.
