had to jump in... My uncle owns VanDam Auto right over there, next to Bernardin's. I'm on spring break so I get to spend most of this week over there :) We have a customer with an '86 GN, owned it since new... also lives in the area. absolutely mint. Pretty much stock though I believe...

anyways, I don't own a TR (yet), but I got pretty much the only '83 H/O in the area... stopped going to steak and shake after I got a ticket one night from Tinley. Ever head up to Frankfort cruise night?

I've seen you post on here and have meant to say something. I look forward to checking out the H/O some time at Steak n Shake. My ride before the Buick was a metalic blue 86 Olds 442. :D If only it had something better than the 307 under the hood, I probably woulda kept it.

Glad to hear Pete's still in the GN business and with PTE

Good info on here for GN shops, I have not heard of some of these.

I wonder if LS1 Speed in Schaumburg still works on GN?

From the looks of it, they moved on but damn they are making some power with the turbo kits on those Chebbies.

I think I have the last TTA engine done by Pete :-(

Hate to see him go, he took care of me pretty good.
