ANS Stage 4 Chip

[Geezer]

Just purchase a stock 87-GN, and the above chip came with the
car, but the owner claimed it came from a previous owner, and
never ran it.

Any info regarding this chip would be appreciated. Tried search
but couldn't find anything.
