Well I had to put my Boxer "Jake" down after tens years due to cancer...he was a great dog!....but, My Bordeaux "Clyde" is very lonely....

Anybody here own a Bordeaux? I'm looking for a female but I'm very picky as to what I want....can't find anybody I like on the internet so I figured I ask here. Thanks, John

Very sorry to hear about Jake :( We lost our boxer Candy for the same reason this last June.

Can't help you on your search, but D D B's are beautiful/ funny dogs. Good luck!
 
thanks, Jake was the my second boxer to die from cancer....no more boxers for me. Yes the ddb's are great.....but tough to find....the good ones anyway.
we waited for Clyde for over a year.

There's a guy I work with that breeds them. Not sure what their website is, but they are in southern Louisiana. Don't know the quality either. I'm sure if you search you'll find them.

FYI, this years Westminster Kennel Club (second oldest sporting event in America) will for the FIRST time be showing Dogue De Bordeaux as a recognized breed!!!

It's a two night event starting tonight at 8PM (and tommorow at 8PM) to be shown on USA network.

We never miss it.

Thanks...I got some paperwork last year from AKC stated they were going to recognize the breed...
