I just replaced my front filler panels. In doing so I noticed a lot of epoxy repairs in my header panel. Some of which aren't stuck good. There is also a broken post-looking thing in the back. The frosting on the cake is that I can see the hood ornament holes. Nobody else notices, but I can. This header appears to have been light blue.

Before I asked,I did the Search here. Most like used original ones.

Used is an option. But there is something about "new".

The question is.. Are aftermarket ones junk like I'll guess they are?

GBodyParts.com will have new ones soon if they don't already.

Any reviews on the header panel? How's the fit compared to original, body lines, etc..?

I bought one years ago it fit fine the worst part about it was working on the headlight bezels. The holes that hold the screws had to be opened up and after I was done the bezels just didn't sit right. That's really the only thing about them that might drive you nuts.

High Mileage, I love the 60' on that ciera.

That's what you get when you drop an '80's 2.8 Celebrity 4spd auto (a GX3 RPO....3.33 final drive tranny) and a 2.5 Iron Duke torque converter into a 3300 equipped Ciera. It has a cheap turbo muffler and 235-60-14 Cooper Cobra's also.

It's great for a 1/8th mile. After that it runs out of something. It has 190k on it's unopened engine.

My time was 16.5 @ 82mph with that 2-sec 60ft with wheelspin. Stock they are 17.7 @ 81.

I believe the 3300 (Buick V6) is somewhat like the 3.8 we have.

Is it possible that the holes could have been drilled differently? How bad does it look? It might not be that bad to some of us. lol

I'm compulsive meticulous,tho.
