Any help to identify this turbo and cooler

Good evening just bought this 87 just curious about this water cooled turbo it's suppose to be 63 also wondering about this cooler it says precision power. Thanks.

the turbo youll need to measure the wheels (top and bottom dimensions of both wheels ) to determine what it is but it is water cooled so its a dual ball bearing turbo not a journal bearing
