just trying to find out where the height sensor is located on my 04 navigator
it's low-riding and it's back brakeing, i hate it, dealer wants $209.00 just to tell me what's wrong. i already checked all the fuses and changed the compressor and a relay, i just don't know where to look for that dam sensor:confused: sorry i know it's not buick related, but i am trying to save a buck ( i want to fix my tranny ) thanks for any help in advance.

I have a set of aftermarket bags if yours are bad. My brother had a navy and the bags blew, eating the compressor at the same time. I'm sure he would let them go pretty cheap.

thanks for the heads up butchman, Klrv6 if it is the air bags , i will pm you , thanks:smile:

i have a 03 and its usually the bag seals that crack and leak during the winter. my truck has this problem every year its the biggest problem ever. parts are only about 175 for each corner. i dont know if you have notice that it raises itself up after being driven for a long time.. the rubber seals expand after some heat. and actually seal. i got qouted 3000.00 at lincoln dealership 1 month ago. they say they usually crack from tires being banged on side walks and such.

i checked the airbags and they're good, what i found out was, on the 03 navigator, there is a height sensor in the center of the front axle, which sometimes the linkage gets loose and it's a quick fix, the problem is i don't know what the linkage looks like or where it's at on the 04. if i knew where it was i could at least check it out myself, sure beats paying the dealer $209 bucks for him to tell you what's wrong.
