Any of you guys use a trans adapter for your car jack?

I read some very neg reviews on Harbor. turbourick that jack looks sweet but dont have the coin. I am going for the tci plate for now from summit and see how it goes.

Well guys, the local speed shop did not have the simple adapter for my jack. So i went to the local harbor freight tool shop and bought the red scissor trans jack for $79.99. I have to admit I like it, it worked well but man did I have to get the buick high in the air to get the trans underneath it!! thanks again!!!

Glad to help ya. Most tranny jacks need lots of room to get them in and out. Pulled the tranny out of an F350 4wd diesel and had plenty of room to get it out of location but not out from under it.

scary shit when the car is that high and you are under it!!!! I dont care how many jack stands I have under it

Wait until you have one fall on you, and yes I did and was very lucky. Just a broken rib for my trouble. Doesn't matter how well they're braced up now I'm still not happy and it took me close to 6 months to be able to stay under one for any time.
