You started the mess, you would have gotten the same response on any forum, not just this one. They are thousands of 9 second cars from every brand designation in America.
You have no idea about racing or the history of racing or you wouldn't make statements like that. Buick won at Indy, Buick ran so good that NHRA and IHRA banned the turbo V6 in the pro stock class years ago because it was waayyy faster than the competition and the others cried foul.

However, when you put people on the defensive by chastising their right to like or own what they wish, you must be prepared to deal with the result. In an nutshell, you realize that you started it. The people on this forum are ready, willing and able to give someone the shirt off their backs. I have seen people donate parts, services and labor to help out a fellow enthusiast (even non-buick). We have booted other GN owners off the board for being an ass..... we've hunted down buick owners who scammed people on the net and didn't deliver parts.... we've cried when we've heard of a death in a fellow owner's family. I think I speak for the whole TR community that if you act like an ass, you will be treated as such. Nobody here in reality feels any better than the next guy, we respect those who respect us. Something that you didn't really do from the beginning. Even if someone doesn't respect us, as long as they don't come on to the board and go out of your way to piss us off, live and let live.......... The top speed comment appeared to be from the same direction as the rest of your posts as every single one of them has been self-serving. If you want to start over, there is no time like the present............. People make mistakes and the TR community is full of people who are just speed hungry enthusiasts who enjoy helping others. That is why this board exists in the first place. Dig?

After representing myself in a 3½ year divorce with custody battle, I feel like I should be an attorney. 
BTW, I won......I kept the house, the cars, the bank accounts, retirement and custody of my son. Technically, she is even supposed to be paying child support. No matter really, I make way more than she does so considering all that, I'll settle for what I've got.

im forreal my buddy is looking for one to go on his (dont laugh) pinto he is running a 2000 cc motor and has all the good stuff in the bottom end but a regular crappy single cam head...it is turbo charged and it fly's now but he cant find a cosworth head in the states and its a biotch to get one from over seas
btw the only pass at the 1/4 he ran it spun till high gear and went 11:04 at 138 mph..
