I'm going to the track tomorrow if the weather holds out, and i'm planning on running my race chip, i'm just concerned about having enough octane. I will have about 6 gallons of 110, with a gallon or two of 92 left over in the tank. Anyone ever run xylene with leaded race gas? Any problems? I'm just trying to cover all my bases before. Car has stock turbo, intercooler, etc... with 868 injectors, hooker exhaust, no cat. Will be running Red's race chip. Any help/advice would be appreciated.

I would think of using either, or...

The sole purpose of xylene is to raise octane when you can't get 110. Kind of a cheap mans race fuel...I've never heard of running both, so I can't help you there...but good luck @ the track! ;)

If you have detonation problems with 110 you have other issues.
Octane is just one element of the engine's demands.

If your thinking of getting serious about performance then start gathering the tools to tune, and make changes.

You can't tune, just using octane.
