If someone is selling their business for 4.5% of it's one year gross revenue, it must be a pretty sucky business.

You're right.

I am selling one of my service business and it will go for 25% of gross yearly sales plus the deal the buyer and I stike for any equipment he wants to purchase. But it is a mobile service business so you are really just buying my customer list. It is up to you to keep them.
