I can get what I think is a killer deal on a new '07 300C SRT8. MSRP is $44k and the dealership is trying to clear the lot of '07 cars. I've got them talked down to $27k via email. They also have a $10k minimum trade. This is where my issue comes in. I'd be trading a '95 Eagle Talon TSI thats in good shape with 80k on it. I've been driving little 5 speed cars like that for the last 10+ years and I'm not sure if I'll like driving a car as big as the 300. I only drive 4 miles to work and put 50k miles on the eagle in 7+ years, so gas milage isn't a huge concern. The eagle only gets 20 in the city and 25 on the highway. Is it a fun/nice car to drive? How's the interior? It looks a little cheesy in the pictures. How about mods/performance?

TIA

Buyer beware!! A common "lowballer" tactic. It gets you into the stealership, then the fun begins. BTDT.
No way that car is discounted that much.

x2 Sounds like a ploy to get you in the door.

Before you talk any price......go in and take a look at the car first....make sure you like it! Some people get wrapped up in price and when they go in to look at the car price no longer becomes a factor because they don't like the car....remember your buying a CAR not a PRICE!

Agreed. Even if you get it for $27K, you are taking it up the ass and liking it.

I love my 300C SRT8, if you can really get that deal I would do it but like others have said, beware
Mike

The side bolsters on the seats hold you in really well which is good and bad. Good if you are slaloming, bad if you are looking over your shoulder in traffic. Otherwise they hit it and get it and sound mean in the process.
