Anybody recognize this Boost controller?

Trying to gain more information on an aftermarket boost controller on the car. Seems to say "Parker" on the knob, and is zip tied to the fuel rail. Also, it looks like its bipassing the sensor on the passenger valve cover. It has a short vaccuum line on it, but its not hooked up to anything.

Parker makes industrial controls, air valves etc.

It's probably a bleeder type tuner style setup.

That isn't using any factory PWM bleeder type control.

Not sure who made it however other than the Parker part.
 
Seems like old school technology. I had a similar set up on my old engine. I removed it as part of my first spring cleaning. I guess it worked but there are newer ways of controlling boost that made me feel a little safer. I went for the RJC. Very simple to use and a very clean look.
