Randy has no chance. Brock might could control him but he'd probably get subbed. Coleman did a good job controlling him till he got armbarred from the bottom. Brock would have to watch for the same thing. Fedor has the best hip movement from the bottom of any HW in the game.
Barnett has the best chance of any HW to beat Fedor. Anyone that thinks Josh isnt the real deal is an MMA noob. He had Big Nog in a world of hurt with that kneebar.. Nog was saved by the bell. Josh got lit up by Pedro Rizzo tho so his chin is just as suspect as Arlovski's. Lets not even talk about the CroCop fights.
Again, I dont think anyone can beat fedor at this point. For years I was bitter that the UFC would go out of there way to avoid the mention of his name. Once in a while rogan would let it slip, and no one would make a comment. I am happy to see fedor has made it center stage where he belongs. Brock continues to get better, and has a huge genetic advantage over any other heavy weight. Rany is not the same fighter josh beat in 2002. I think Rany is better than ever, his stand up continues to get better and his ground game is solid. I would not place Josh in the top 4 heavy weights at this point. We will need to agree to disagree about Josh. I agree he is the real deal, but more at the level of Mir or Nog. Yes Mir beat Brock with a lucky heel hook, but he took a serious beating up to that point. I dont think brock will make the same mistake again. Most of joshes recent wins have been aginst average fighters, like monson, rizzo and yoshida. As far as CroCop, I really thought he was going to do much better than he did when he came over to the UFC. I am certainly no noob, I have followed the sport for most of my life. I realize who would have the best shot against fedor is just a guess at this point. But who ever he fights next, I will be watching.
