RMS Lighting LED bulbs are the way to go. Forget halogen. Even the glass led housing looks exactly like halogen bulbs. Have these on both turbo regals.

Mark sells a kit, GN vendor and has them in his GN so he can answer your questions. Hard to beat that, I would've gone this route but I did mine before these were released.

Holley Lite brights look stock, are LED, work well and are seriously overpriced!
About double or more what others are. Mine cost about $800 for the four of them! Would I buy them again? No fricking way! The only reason they ask those ridiculous prices, is because some folks will pay it! Google the internet....

I have them & yes from what I recall VERY plug & play. Fitment was good as well. Not cheap though.

Those with RMS HID, can you post a picture of what it looks like from the driver view at night with the lights on?
My custom HID lights aren't equally spread lighting and it's annoying. If this kit does a great job of equal spread lighting I'll swap. Mine are like each eye is looking at your ears when talking. Hahaha

Well my plans changed after I looked into if Oracle had H4 blue ring leds like I have on my GTO.

Not sure if we need this but it reverses the polarity in the wiring kit so it's plug and play.

To get the H4 bulbs to work in our cars just swap the top and right hand terminals in the socket on the car.
Insert a small screwdriver from the front to release the tab.
I installed the Hella Vision Plus H4’s in the early 90’s, it works with the new H4 based LEDs as well.
The High beams work as is for the H1’s.
