anyone else had this problem?

I've had my knock gauge(casper's) for about a month now and I'm not sure if it's any good. For a while I was just having a problem with it reseting so I installed a on/off switch to the ground. It worked on occasion but now the standby light never comes on at all. It's usually yellow, sometimes other colors but never the standby light. Anybody experianced anything similar? Should I just send it back or what?

I had a similar problem. After rechecking the connections & finding nothing wrong, I called John at Casper's & he was very helpful. He sent me out another one the very same day. The new one has worked fine.

There has been a few different times in the last year or so that mine hasn't reset properly. There was a thread a while back where it was suggested adding a reset switch to solve this. Give John a call & he'll help you out.
