Anyone have a cheap IGn module and ECM for a 85 hot air?

I have narrowed my problems down to either a bad ign module or ecm. I cant get codes from the car because it constantly blinks 12 even when running. NO, There is no paperclip in the ALDL and the wires arent shorted. So I am Looking for a cheap but working ignition module and ecm. They must be working. If not it will only add to my confusion!
