Anyone in Eau Claire, WI?

I'm pretty sure that I've seen at least one person on here before from Eau Claire, but I can't remember their name now.

I'm attending the UW here in Eau Claire and am going to be car shopping very soon. I found out last week that I got a parking permit off of the waiting list. The problem is that the current winter beater is in too rough of shape to bring over here and use for the 3 hour drive home. So I'm going to start looking around for an inexpensive used car.

I am not really familiar with the city at all yet, so I wondering if anyone knew of some used car lots around that sell stuff cheap.

Welcome to Eau Claire. In Hallie there are a bunch of car dealers on 53. Do you have your buick here? If so hope to see out driving around some time.

No I didn't bring the Buick. My nerves don't do well when I have to park it next to other cars. I could never park it in a lot over here . . . to many careless people. I'm car less over here until I buy something.

yeah i know how that goes. how much are you looking to spend on a car? i know a guy that usually has a couple of cars that are cheaper usually they are a little rough on the out side but are pretty dependable. let me know
