Anyone in Southeast Missouri that can help me with tuning?

I am in Cape Girardeau and I need some bad help with tuning. Just got my car back together and it is now far from stock. I have only had my car for about three years so I still have not figured out everything with the tuning. I will be willing to drive a good ways to meet someone if they can help. Thanks
