Anyone Into Riding in the Dunes?

I've been to pismo once.... nice place, but im a glamis guy.

No pics.. BUt shes all black buncha chrome. its my own lil dark side till I get a Buick. Its on stock cylinder, mild port job, t5's coolhead 19cc domes. v3's. She rips it up with my 300lb ass on it to.. I dont need that 80hp+ banshee around here. I dont have enough room for this one as it is.. Id love to head out west and get into some dunes...

Sounds great. My buddies are telling me that I should get a Raptor if I get a bike.

Ill be there for sure...thats a very busy weekend...bring the camera as there is alot of stuff there that weekend.
We will have to hook up for sure and Ill take you for a ride.

Eh I dunno, its what you prefer. the Banshee is liek the Buick but without the turbo.. Wait till that powerband kicks in, theirs nothing like it. 4strokes.. always got the power on hand. Some say that the raptor 700's are the best to throw mods at. Ill ride 2 strokes till I die. If I have a 4stroke its gonna haveCan Am 4x4 with 30" tires and 3" lift

I bought a Blaster last month for $500, needed a bit of work. That thing was A LOT of fun to ride and it's only a 200 with a bit of work, pipe, etc. I liked how the power came on, reminded me of driving my GN. My buddies new Raptor is fun, power is always there, comfortable, and is ALWAYS running, never breaks down. I'll post up some videos and pics this weekend. Can't wait to get back out there.

just looking at these pictures has me itching to go out there and shed the dunes...... next trip about a month away!

these were taken in the south dunes.......in the 2nd pic you can see the US mexico border fence.......we used to ride a few miles into mexico into some good dunes before the fence went up.....now if you get 50 yards from it ...the border patrol might catch up to you and ask a few questions.
