Sent him some money on something he sold me on Jun. 14th said the items would ship Jun. 16th and I haven't received them yet. Tried to contact him several ways and nothing. He's only about 120 miles away from me so the items should have been here that following Monday June. 19th but nodda.. Coming up on 2 weeks with no contact. Anyone know him or where he's been?? I was going to drive out there and pick the items up personally guess I should have...

I hope.. Like I said he said the items would go out on that Friday as they were ready to ship. I just looked him up in the whitepages.com and left him a voice mail so we'll see..

I bought something from him before. It was a smooth transaction. Maybe the storms have something to do with it.

I left him a voice mail yesterday and he PM'd me said he would get back to me on the tracking numbers of the items. I know people tend to get busy and what not but it had me a little nervous going on 2 weeks with no items and no contact. I'll be sure to post the outcome.

He's had massive amounts of rain and it's holding him up. He should be able to get back on track this week.

Yes I'm under water as well we got blasted here in Philly. The items should have went out way before the rains came.

hmmm second phone call in tonight and his PM box is full. Not looking good. I guess I'll have to call him every 10 mins. tomorrow till I get him and not the machine. Anyone see him in Indy???

Still waiting. Getting a little out of hand at this point. He finally PM'd me asking me to do a Paypal return on the funds. Says the shipping company lost the items and until he can figure out what happend to request a refund via Paypal  I did that July 5th and he still has'nt responded to that either. 3 more days and were coming up on a month this has been dragged out at this point. I guess I'll have to call his home every hour till this is resolved.

Same problem

I'm having similar problems with Jason. It's been a month, with two broken promises on sending the merchandise. Any body live near Glenville, PA that could help? Thanks.

Look him up on www.whitepages.com his home number pops right up. Never answers the phone but when I leave a message something seems to happen the next day. He finally sent a refund to me. Waiting for it to clear Paypal. Only a month later.

Contact

Glad you're getting your transaction handled. He replied to my PM one hour ago. Said he would be getting my refund out "ASAP". I can understand people having things going on in their lives to cause delays, but I think one month with no action will wear on anyone's patience. All I want is my money back and Jason will be a good guy to me. Thanks for letting me vent.

Well just about a month to the day and went to the mac machine and pulled my $300 back out that I put in there on June 14th to pay him for something I never got. Here is the thing that really sucks a$$. I found out these "items" he sold me. Well he sold them to someone else BEFORE he even took my money!  So why he took my money is beyond me. He should have refused the Paypal payment and told me the truth instead of me finding out via the grapevine. The turbo Buick community is a small one when it comes down to it. Be honest and be real. That's how I deal with people on these boards. There is no reason not to. I've met some awesome people on here and had great deals over the years. But why the hell you would pull $hit like this on people is beyond me. Hopefully no one ever has to buy or sell anything to or from this guy again. It's one thing to take my money and ripp me off.. It's another to sell the items BEFORE my money was taken! Live and learn I guess. One thing is for sure.. I'm glad I didn't have to take a ride to his house. That would have been really ugly.

I had big time problems with him a few years ago. I guess some people never change. He never answered e mails or anything. I finally found out where he worked and kept calling him there until I got what I had bought from him.
Wish I could remember where he worked. It was a GM dealership.
Hope you get it worked out.

It's ashame people have to deal this way. The power of the internet will always catch you and bite you in the a$$ harder then anything. Just be fair and honest with people is all I ever ask for! Maybe with all that rain we had he needed to pay for some backfill for his house!

Unfortunate transaction

Sorry to hear about your transaction going south, however I am new to this community and appreciate you taking the time to post this event. So far everone has been more than fair with me but it is always a great idea to check them out before doing business. People like you who post these events really make things easier on all of us. I wish you better luck in the future and like you stated in the thread, the power of the internet and people talking will always come back on you good or bad.

Best of luck in the future!

He blew me off a few years ago after telling me he'd sell me some parts. I'm glad I never sent him my money.
