I am currently in the market. I currently live in palm harbor and work in st pete. Was trying to get closer to work but dang that is a good deal.

Garage is really a decent size for houses in the area, my late father-in-law had a custom pickup truck and Mustang in there with plenty of room to work on them. Has a bathroom with a shower stall off the back of the garage too.

What about leasing it out? You could have a local realtor be responsible/POA for a typical fee of 10% of the rent costs.

I want to buy a house in FL so bad. And that is about the amount I want to spend. Wouldn't have to get a mortgage for that. Of course that would mean selling the apartment building here in MA. Which is about as easy as getting 30 mpg on an eleven second Buick!!
