Anyone tried the M&H drag radials

I was thinking of trying the 275/50/17 M&H drag radial but I would like to know if anyone had any feedback on them before I did. I really need a 28" tall tire but I would love to be able to keep it on 17's and the M&H is really the only game in town for that. Thanks

I have been told they are the same compond as the Mick T Drag Radial (told by M&H) so they should work well I am getting a set to use on my 17's and will have feedback as soon as it warms up here in Mich.
They guy I talk to at M&H said 1.40-1.60 60 foot was seen in testing with this tire on a Big block Chevelle
