Anyone using a Griffin rad? Need a 1.75 hose...

So I picked up a Griffin rad but the Buick rad hose is 1.5 inches on both ends and the Griffin rad needs a 1.75 inch hose. Anyone know of what moulded hose fits that has 1.75 at the rad end and 1.5 at the water pump?

I found a universal flexie hose but the angle is too steep and it does not fit well. Any ideas or part numbers?

hello; I have a Griffen and what you say don't ring a bell. Did you but it new or used? Maybe go to there site and see what you have or just give them a call.
I'd like to hear what you think about it when installed.

I bought the one for a g body not specifically for a gn. I did not want to pay an extra 200 for coolers I was not going to use. I ended up using an hps silicone 90 degree coupler that was 1.5 on one side and 1.75 on the other and using a 1.5 stubby aluminum hose coupler.

With all the fit issues and mucking around I should have just bought the Alradco. Peter is a super guy and even answers questions and texts on the weekend. Hard to find somebody who will stand behind his products like him and answer questions at almost any time. I have seen the fit of his product and it looks great. Not sure if the Griffin was worth all the headache.

hello people; I'll be back with the griffin p/n and we'll compare notes. To be honest I didn't see a great differance in cooling and maybe should of kept the rad. I had and that was a BGC one that was big. I had no scanmaster and my temp gage was not correct and that made me make the change. I did get the spal shroud setup from Peter but it's not installed yet. That will make a differance from what all others have said.
