So this car is made in heaven & won't break. I'm glad my long career as an auto mechanic has reached the end. I feel so obsolete & unneeded. Who wants to buy my tools !

Im down to race! Well actually you will be racing my wife (its her car) and I want to get tires first and let he make a few passes. She hasnt race since 04 so I want to let her warm up first. Im assuming you mean on the track right? We are not much on street racing (her being a Deputy and all, it might not look to good to have her caught street racing! LOL) But Im down for either Barona or Qualcomm in a few weeks? :biggrin:

The car weighs a little under 5,000 lbs but with me in it its well over 5,000, closer to 5200 with driver!

so thats 2600 per turbo per 6cyl huh? let me get my gn down to that then ill run for sure i wouldnt brag about that especially when i could buy a 8 sec turbo for the price of your insurance plan lol lol lol

I'll need to still fix my exhaust leaks (header cracks) before we go, but yes...at the track.:biggrin:
I'm trying to tone down my street activity.
I'm not 100% succeeding.....but...I'm trying...

Mine ...she'd never consider running it down the track on her own. Wish she would...

Im sure you can buy an 8 second turbo and turn your car into daily driver with all the comforts that the Benz has. Now I feel STUPID! I knew I should have talked to you before I bought the car! Well, I guess Im done "braggin" then. Thanks for putting me in my place! I dont know what I was thinking! To think I was amazed by a stock car putting out that much power (stock and SMOG legal) with tons of options for a cheap price. What was I thinking!

i wasnt tryn to be mean its a nice car just a lotta $$ for that kinda power/time slip i bet my old 87 buick ac system is far out dated by that fine merc engineering o wait it cools well enough well it seems the chicken might be at a disadvantage so is this really a fair deal the results will be interesting nice car just seems the weight to power to 1/4 time to price could be questioned but to each his own (i know your not tryn to race the deal just drive around and enjoy) have fun

o and i dont know him but my $ is on the chicken just for good gn spirit

Well honestly if you look around this car is a great deal. If you can think of another car that is under $50k, runs 11.7-11.9 stock (with good tires), has all the options this one has (Keyless Go, Parktronic, Distronic, Front & Rear heated/cooled/power seats, front massaging seats, front Dynamic seats, room for 4 very large adults, Navigation, Bluetooth, Sat. Radio, Voice Command, 4 Zone A/C, etc, etc) I would like to know. Honestly I think this is one of the best deals out there. This thing will spank almost anything on the road and give you a massage while doing it. Plus its STOCK! And for another $2-$3K it can run low 11's, high 10's and still be dependable and a daily driver! I love my GN but this thing is so smooth and fast its ridiculous! If I let you drive it once I guarantee you will change your mind. But if you know of another car, let me know. The BMW 760Li ( Twin Turbo V12 also) has only 400 something HP and about the same TQ. Not very fast plus less options. It does have a fridge though in the back.

And Lou, you will do just fine. Last time I checked you didnt work on Benz's. LOL But if you do, let me know! Atleast you still got these Buicks that keep breaking, so that will keep you in Business until you retire!

The sheep & I only give people were fond of a shut up stupid. Other wise I run the risk of getting whipped. As to job security I'm lucky to see two cars a week anymore. The rest of my time is spent giving out deals & free advise.
