i have this diablosport custom tuner for a 2004GTO...not positive about the vin being locked or not but i priced it out and its 75 bucks to get it unlocked and i beleive you can use for any vehicle at that point...letting it go real cheap at 140 shipped....these go for almost 500 new as you can see
