I think they are but I am not really sure. I was browsing through some boxes with car parts and just minutes ago found a VGA cable with a headphone jack looking attachment on the opposite end. I take it that would plug into one of these cables? Looking at the cables one is labeled in and the other out. Does anyone know what program I would need to use if they are for a laptop? Thanks guys sorry if my questions seem noobish I would really love to be able to get a laptop to tune with when I get alky.

they look to me like rca cables to hook up a dvd player or stereo. where do they go??
 
do you have an LC1 ? They look like the communication cables for the Innovate wideband equipment. (LC1, XD16, etc)

I think I saw a Innovate component under your hood in your other post. My guess is Bob, er Ron White is right on the money.

Oh alright, yeah it has an LC1 wideband I'll rummage for the instruction manual soon and see what it's for.
