Very nice looking Viper!! they do look great! i love the blue with the 2 white stripes

Any other owners on here?

I am a huge fan of the older body style ACR's (2002 & Older) however cannot get over how raw the cars are. Unless you are on a freshly paved road or the track they are quite the handful!

Whatcha mean? My car is lowered and it handles and rides great, I've drove it on some pretty long trips too. Now it doesn't ride like a G-body car that's for sure, but no complaints here.

Steve,

NJ roads are not the best and we have plenty of groves/ruts. With the Viper I found it followed these ruts and made the car unpredictable...almost like it was steering itself! The other issue I had is the clutch pedal was extremely close to kick panel providing no area to rest your foot other then under the clutch pedal.

The car has definite bad ass factor to it and the fact that it does not have all of the safe guards in place (Traction Control & ABS on some of the Earlier models) only makes it more appealing.

They are raw and ultimately racecars with turn signals and a radio!

Herb, your first sentence says it all! I should've read you lived in NJ. Everytime I go there I always say, it amazes me how a state with tolls and lottery can have such HORRIBLE roads.
