Moly lube. Just make sure to wipe up or blast off any extra that squeezed out. Molybdenum disulphide molecules are large enough to clog an oil filter.
 
In the oilfield, we use molybdenum disulfide on the threads of certain kinds of pipe that go into wells. One of the most prevalent used comes in a spray bottle. It's made by Banner and called Moly-G-Lube. Don't kno if you live in an area near the Gulf Coast, but if you do, there should be some oilfield supply stores that would have it. The spray bottle makes it easy to coat small parts. I have a bottle that I use when making any connections on exterior stuff at the house like spigots, lower unit on the boat, exterior outlets. Never thought about using it under the hood.
 
You can use motor oil, ARP posts the torque specs for that on their site. Anything other than ARP lube and motor oil (which have both been extensively tested) will need custom torque specs...
