Art Carr high tech shift kit and stock D5

I am currently having a 2nd to 3rd gear shift problem...so i'm going to drop the valve body to clean and de-burr 2nd to 3rd gear throttle valve. But while i have it apart, i was thinking of installing the (art carr) kit. On the art carr website, it says this kit is for non-lock up.....Will this kit work with my stock D5 lock-up converter?

Spoke to art himself today...very nice and helpful guy, And he got me the correct kit...looking forward to installing this weekend.
