Astro Roof rubber seal

Does anybody have a good procedure for replacing the rubber seal that goes around the astroroof glass? This is the one visible from outside the car.

Mine does not leak now but the rubber is starting to fall apart. probably a good time to replace the drain tubes also

Call Brian at Gbody parts. He should have the seal. It's not hard at all to do.
